At the core of the product line is the novel HOT SolisAcura™ Exo(–) DNA Polymerase, engineered for superior mismatch recognition. Unlike standard Taq polymerase, this enzyme can detect misaligned nucleotides and halt extension from mismatched primers with unmatched accuracy.
This capability makes HOT SolisAcura™ Exo(–) DNA Polymerase ideal for a wide range of SNP detection assays, and you can choose between a stand-alone enzyme or a selection of optimized master mixes to suit your experimental needs.
The HOT SolisAcura™ Cassette-Based Genotyping Mix (with ROX reference dye) enables precise bi-allelic discrimination using a universal reverse primer paired with two allele-specific forward primers. Each primer includes a unique tail sequence that corresponds to one of two universal FRET cassettes, creating a flexible and efficient genotyping workflow.

Plus, thanks to its outstanding inhibitor tolerance, you can use crude plant samples, like corn, soy, tomato, and more, without extensive purification.
