Key composition: what’s in, what’s out

• In: customized amino acids and metabolites, vitamins, co‑factors, trace elements, micro‑nutrients, extra buffering capacity, recombinant growth factors, and carbohydrates, including 800 mg/L glucose.
• Out: proteins, hydrolysates, animal‑derived components, undefined reagents, steroid hormones or peptide mitogens, phenol red, detergents/surfactants, and high molecular weight materials.

• No detergents or membrane stabilizers that can interfere with assays or precipitations.

How to use (quick start)

• Reconstitute one bottle to 1 L; sterile filter (do not autoclave). Use at 10% with your basal medium.
• Shipping/storage: ships ambient; store at 4°C. Three‑year shelf life from manufacture.
• Switch after high density is reached in the hollow fiber bioreactor; no adaptation required.
• Notes: avoid low‑glucose media like RPMI where possible; add 10% FBS to the inoculum for adherent cells only; not for spinner/stirred tank unless Pluronic F68 is added.
